Shipping Policy

At DOMUS, we keep delivery simple: shipping is included in the product price, so eligible sofa orders display free shipping at checkout.

Estimated delivery time
Most DOMUS sofa orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is processed. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or address verification issues.

Order processing
After your order is placed, we begin preparing your items for shipment. Large modular sofas may ship in multiple boxes, and boxes from the same order may arrive separately.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information so you can follow your delivery progress.

Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. DOMUS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing boxes, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item condition so we can help resolve the issue.

Love it!

It took a couple weeks for the end cushions to fluff out.
Overall, it was a family affair putting our new sectional together. It was easy and we love the ottoman so much too! It’s great space for our family of four.

Didn't think a white couch was realistic for our house honestly. But the covers zip off and wash and it still looks brand new months later. Cushions are deep and soft without feeling like you're sinking into a hole. My husband practically lives on it now and I don't even stress when he's eating on it. I got my white couch. He got his favorite seat. Everyone won.

We bought this as the main couch for our cabin and are so glad we did: super comfortable, cozy, roomy, durable, and the ottoman with storage makes it feel like a king bed. Arrived on time and in great condition. Unpacking and assembly were doable— not easy but not overly difficult. Extremely satisfied— especially for the price. Great value. Highly recommend.

We love our sectional sofa! My family thought I was crazy wanting it in white, with 3 kids & a small dog who loves the sofa. But I bought an extra set of slipcovers & it was pretty simple to change them out. I just wash the other set and store it in the bottom of the ottoman. Perfect! The sofa itself is high quality and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

White couch with kids? Somehow yes.
I gave up on owning a white sofa once toddlers entered the chat. Then this one showed up and ruined my skepticism.
It’s bright, sculptural, and somehow always looks put together. The cushions bounce back after lounging, no saggy aftermath.
With kids and a dog, yes, you see the mess. But that’s the trade. We vacuum, wipe, and when needed, unzip and wash. It’s surprisingly low stress.
Comfortable, washable, and doesn’t feel precious. Exactly what we needed.

Wow!! Beautiful 😍.. if I’m being honest I waited 1 year before I have a couch in my living room and that’s only because I was being cheap (haha) so I decided to buy this couch and I’m in love everyday!! The quality is amazing, easy to wash (I put all covers in the wash before assembling the entire couch) just to get a fresher look. Adding the covers was not fun but if you have two people it will be easy !

So far we absolutely love this couch. Once we opened the boxes it came in, you can tell the whole thing was packaged very well which was great. It also came 4 days earlier than the expected date which was a pleasant surprise. It is very sturdy for being put together without any tools! It was also so so so easy to put together. I absolutely adore this couch! It’s huge, incredibly comfortable, and fluffs up super easily. Plus, the covers are truly machine-washable—I toss them in the wash every month and they come out great. I love this sectional! I wanted something we could convert into a big bed to watch movies with my kiddos. It was easy to put together, looks great and is super comfy. Just a warning each piece is huge. So make sure you really measure well. I probably ordered one piece too many however with the 6 pieces I can make it a bed like I wanted.
